I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification program conducted by Naveen Nanjundappa, and it was truly an excellent learning experience. What stood out the most was Naveen’s unique teaching style — highly interactive, practical, and filled with real-world examples rather than just theoretical concepts. The sessions were engaging throughout, and the way Scrum principles, Agile mindset, team dynamics, and Scrum Master responsibilities were explained made the concepts very easy to understand and relate to real workplace scenarios. I especially appreciated the focus on understanding Scrum deeply instead of just preparing for the certification exam. The activities, discussions, and case studies helped build practical knowledge and confidence in applying Agile practices effectively. Naveen’s experience, clarity of explanation, patience in answering questions, and ability to keep participants involved throughout the sessions made this training extremely valuable. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build a strong foundation in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
