Overall, the workshop was well-organized and informative. However, the pace was quite fast, which made it challenging for participants without prior experience or knowledge of CSM to fully grasp the concepts. Additionally, the training would have benefited from more real-life examples to better illustrate key points and support learners new to Scrum.
