Good mix of instructor lectures and interactive group exercises

I am new to Scrum. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer any and all of my questions and questions from others in the class. Rick has expansive knowledge and his deep knowledge and real world experiences in describing the Scrum framework is very valuable. I enjoyed the class immensely and would take any of Rick's classes.
