I recently attended the CSM training by Snehmayee, and it was a highly valuable experience. She explained Scrum concepts from scratch, making it easy for everyone to build a strong foundation. I attended the CSM Training by Snehamayee Kulkarni. What I liked about the course is the structured way of teaching using real case scenarios so that even a Non-Techie like me would easily understand. Also going a little off topic and integrating the use of AI and tools like Jira set a good understanding of what the future requires and how i need to adapt my course of action.

Snehamayee's CSM training is unlike anything I expected. In just a few days, she took us from Scrum fundamentals all the way to how AI is reshaping the Scrum Master's world and made every step genuinely fun. What stood out most was how live and hands-on everything felt. We worked directly in Jira, building backlogs, tracking Sprint progress, and reading real burndown charts together as a team. Seeing the burndown move in real time during our exercises made concepts like Sprint health, velocity, and scope risk click in a way that no slide ever could. The AI in Scrum session was a standout moment. Snehamayee showed us practical, real-world ways a Scrum Master can use AI, from generating Sprint Goals and auditing backlog readiness, to pattern recognition across Daily Scrum data. It felt relevant, forward-thinking, and immediately applicable. The team exercises, the scenario debates, the Agile Manifesto challenges, every one was designed to make you think, laugh, and learn at the same time. Thanks Snehamayee for delivering wonderful 2 days training session on CSM. I felt like going back to schooling days when teacher is explaining concepts on board(Not the PPT). Very useful training for organizations.

CSM Review: Snehamayee Kulkarni from World of Agile was a great instructor for CSM. She explains concepts through clear, easy-to-follow examples, which makes complex topics much easier to understand. She does expect students to be engaged during sessions, so having your video and audio working on Zoom is important. She incorporates group activities during class, which helps reinforce the material, and she’s always open to answering questions in a way that directly connects back to the content. She also provides helpful practice tests and class notes, which made it easier to review and prepare. Update: With Snehamayee Kulkarni and World of Agile extra course material I completed my CSM exam with a perfect score!
