I recently completed my Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course and passed the certification exam with a 100% score. The training experience was excellent. Milan was a highly interactive coach who kept the sessions engaging and practical throughout. The group tasks were especially valuable, offering hands-on scenarios that closely reflect real-world Scrum Master responsibilities. Overall, a very effective course for building both knowledge and practical skills, and I highly recommend it to anyone pursuing a Scrum Master role.

The two‑day session was adequate, but by the second day it was clear that many participants—especially those new to the Scrum Master role—were confused and concerned. The course moved quickly through a series of dry, nonstop activities without clearly connecting them, which made the overall experience feel disjointed. By the final hour, many attendees were uncertain whether they understood the material well enough to pass the exam. The course focused heavily on test preparation rather than on building a solid understanding of what Scrum Mastery looks like in practice. A dedicated “putting it all together” summary at the end—explaining how the activities connected and how they translate into the Scrum Master role—was noticeably missing. I would still recommend Miljan Bajic as a trainer; however, the course would benefit from clearer connections between concepts, activities, and practical application. I did not personally have issues due to my Agile experience, but for less experienced participants, better synchronization between activities and practice would significantly improve the session.

Milan was organized and methodical in how he taught the CSM course. He used great examples to explain important concepts, peppered with just enough humor to keep the class interesting and memorable.

Miljan Bajic is a great Scrum instructor. He explained the Scrum concepts clearly and effectively, using real life examples which made it easy to understand the material and apply. He took the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensured that Scrum concepts were well clarified. Overall, his teaching style is excellent, engaging, practical, and he creates a highly supportive learning environment.
