I recently completed the Advanced CSM training with Richard Cheng and it was absolutely AMAZING! This was hands-down one of the best professional development experiences I've had. Richard Cheng was a fantastic instructor. In this two day training, he provided many points for group interactions that kept participants engaged and encouraged critical thinking. His use of Mural, videos, and other materials helped to maintain participant focus and made the training interesting. Richard is clearly an expert and is passionate about what he teaches.

When I was picking a course I picked Richard out of all trainers intentionally. I didn't even know him but I trusted him from the first time I was his profile. And my intuition was right. I really enjoyed the training with him, especially for high quality of content and also the way how he teach it. However there's one small pimple on this golden globe and that is the speed of Richard's talking. Since I'm not a native speaker I had hard time sometimes to understand what he was saying but I strongly believe that is something that he can work on for future. Other then that I had no issues with anything. In the end I would recommend this training with all my ten fingers.

This was a great class with a fabulous instructor. He was engaging, provided excellent materials and made this class enjoyable. I would highly recommend!
