Suman Biswas is Director for Statewide Welfare Automated Systems (SAWS), California and Enterprise Architect with 19 years of Public Sector and Global Industry experience in Information Technology including Management and Technology Consulting with global organizations in both USA and India. Experienced in onshore/offshore model contributing in multiple geographies (USA / Europe / Asia). Well organized and proven in applying analytical skills and strategic thought process while working with clients at various levels. Have exceptional ability to apply deep Business process expertise in alignment with the client’s core business processes. Have generated and/or supported new business opportunities for the organization. Moved into process innovation in 2009 and used SCRUM in a business process re-engineering effort. In 2010 began work on another process re-engineering effort as coach of two Agile teams focused on process re-engineering. From there I have coach multi-vendor, multi-team, geo-dispursed teams to deliver an online incentives system, a self-service kiosk, an interactive online mapping system, and micro-strategy dashboard and reporting.
