Romina Massitelli

I'm Romina. I am strongly motivated to implement the digital and cultural transformation of the bank and insurance industry in a world that is quickly evolving into a dynamic and client centered culture. I work closely with a team of agile leaders that collaborate with me in the digital transformation of a tradicional bank, and believe in this project and the outcome it will bring to the company.

I have +14 years of experience in IT and +10 years experience in projects leadership and recently I decided it's time for me to persue the value of helping other companies to transform successfully into what they need to be having the client and the product as the main focuses of this new design.

I am always interested in defiant projects and I'm searching to work as a Digital Transformation leader in the near future.
