Miriam Gallardo Martinez de Albeniz Project&Product Manager, Agile Trainer, e-learning. Following many years of managing technological solutions projects as well as projects involving innovative organizational models and training as an Agile Trainer, I decided to start my own personal adventure with the exciting philosophy of helping people and teams achieve greater job satisfaction, better results and to have the confidence and the courage to take on more and bigger challenges. As a fan of the training and management of teams, as well as the breaking down and fluidity of organisations, I embark on guiding projects with Agile methodologies, entrepreneurship and support for the transformation of the organizations. I have a passion for collaboration in any form and the more radical and further out of my comfort zone, so much the better. I participate in IEBS (Innovation & Entrepreneurship Business School) as Consultant andTeacher and in AGILE Group from UPC Vilanova (Polytechnic University of Catalonia) as Agile Coach.
