In the 2010 I did achieve my degree of Systems Informations Engeenier. I was an web developer at this time working in an big Telco.

By the 2011 I was working for Baufest - a software engeneering consultory company. My first client was Tenaris. Tenaris is a world class industry of Argentina. They produce tubes for gas and oil transport. I was the Service Desk System Administrator. By the 2013 I was a very experienced Administrator and I was part of the upgrade and customization project as Technical Expert. It was the first time I was part on a project with global impact managed with traditional practices of project management. For eigth monts we worked to coordinate teams around the word managing impacts and risks. At the end I found me thinking 'It must be a better way'.

By 2014 I was the Service Desk App's Technical Leader. I was resposible for the coordination of Development and Support Teams. By this time I was reading about the Agile metodologies for project administration and I was desiring an oportunity to aplly this practices. By the half of that year we were working whith some SCRUM practices to develop an Self-Service portal. I was fullfiling the SCRUM Master role od two development teams (frontend and backend), leading them to achive the auto-organization, get frecuent feedback by early delivery of working software and doing continuous improve regulary. This was a great success and thanks that project lots more come next. I was really exited whit this success and decided to formalice my new role as CSM.

It was in 2016 that a new client arrive, Prisma. Prisma was the biggest Financial Entitie´s processor company of Argentina. I was assigned to a Team of Agile Coachs to help them adopt SCRUM and Kanban.

One year after that I was working for another client, Banco Hipotecario. There I wored whith four new Scrum Masters who need my mentoring to do their fist steps at thar role.

Six mont later I am here, working as Scrum Master for Banco Galicia, leading the Apps Team and the Backend Team.
