       She is  an agile/lean consultant of a big SW R&D department in Nokia China based in Beijing, the center of Nokia R&D.  She is quite experienced in adapting agile implementation in big complex programs , coaching in multiple cultural organizational environment,  in distributed teams setup, and scaling agile in big organizations.

      Previously she had been site quality manager in a Finnish company Elektrobit Cooperation, where she was leading CMMI and agile roll out of whole Beijing R&D center successfully.

     With over 12 years software working environment in a couple of various companies, she experienced many roles in software development, testing, test automation,  project management, quality management, and business excellence. 

   She likes to experience all kinds of roles, work with all kinds of people and organizations of different culture background.
