Biography

Minglan is an operational development manager in Microsoft, leading organizational change projects and cross-functional process improvements.

Minglan has 15 years of experience in various companies in software industry as a developer, tester, test automation lead, project manager, product owner, quality manager, agile coach and trainer, operational development manager. In late years she had been an organizational agile&lean coach for large SW R&D departments with multiple countries in Microsoft, Nokia and a Finnish company Elektrobit. She is experienced in Scrum process coaching/Training, Lean/Kanban coaching/training, Product ownership coaching/training, Scrum master skills coaching, agile leadership coaching, business process improvements. Besides, she is a senior quality manager with strong experience in leading the quality system establishment and improvement in enterprises and in large complex programs. She is a certified scrum professional and lean six sigma green belt.
