About
Over 15 years experience in Information Technology leading teams and projects to success. Producing concrete results by applying Agile and Lean methods with a focus on collaboration and transparency.
Transitioned from programming to project management in 1998 where, at internet music startup Liquid Audio, I was the first to bring structure to how we managed projects.
I started my Agile journey at Ofoto/Kodak Gallery in 2003 where I was one of the leaders of an Agile transition. We brought in some excellent consultants to show us the ropes and I've never looked back.
In 2008 I joined Yahoo and managed a team of program managers. Here I had roles of Scrum Master and Coach. I also drove Yahoo-wide efforts to improve Agile training and adoption.
In 2011 I joined Splunk where I have roles as Scrum Master, Coach and Trainer. As the senior Agile practitioner in our PMO I train new hires and coach other Scrum Masters. I also own definition of our product developement process. Currently my focus is on bringing an Agile approach to portfolio mangement.
