With over 20 years in the IT sector as a Manager, Consultant and Agile coach, Steve has seen and experienced the good, the bad and the ugly. Previously, he spent five years as a leading Agile Coach and practitioner to two of Australasia’s largest Agile transformations (Suncorp & Telstra), as well as a large number of different organizations across Australia and New Zealand. Steve believes that Agile is a toolbox with a set of tools to be selected and adapted as necessary to deliver greater value to customers—value in terms of leadership and delivering successful outcomes. Steve is also a Certified Scaling Practioner (CSP)and a Scaled Agilist.(SA)
