My name is Juan Pablo Botero Vallejo and I am an engineer passionate about software development. I am a self-starter who constantly learns new technologies and I keep myself up to date with new software development trends. 

I like to interact with my teammates and pass on my knowledge. I am passionate about good technical practices in software development and I constantly train my team so that they can be better software developers. 

My specialty is web and mobile app development. My focus is always on the quality of the final product and to ensure quality software I utilize best practices and automation. 

I utilize SCRUM methodology in all my projects and I am a trained SCRUM master. It is important for me to carry out daily meetings proposed by the agile framework in order to have great communication within the team. My motto is, fail quickly and be open to change.

As a Scrum Master, I am passionate about keeping the team members motivated and helping them become the best versions of themselves in terms of technical and soft skills.

I use sprint reviews as opportunities to improve quality of our work and experiment with new practices.
