Nicole Weaver

Nicole Weaver holds a Master's from Oxford University in Strategy & Innovation, she is a double graduate of the University of Florida with her MBA and a Bachelor's in Information Systems & Operations Managment. Her work with push notifications earned her a patent issued in 2019 and her work in multiple-user financial account management earned her a patent issued in 2021. Nicole currently holds CSM, CSPO, CSP, and PMI-ACP agile designations. She has also expanded her body of knowledge into product management with the CPM (Certified Product Manager), NPDP (New Product Development Professional), and PMP certifications.

I am a customer-obsessed, data-driven, product leader making the world a better place one product at a time. I landed in product management by way of software development, digital marketing, and fintech mobile apps. I am a writer and an analyst. I am creative and technical. I excel at being the junction between the technical and non-technical worlds. Grounded in creativity, innovation, and behavioral science after being raised in software development, I am not your cookie cutter product executive. I believe in challenging the status quo and not allowing the past success of your product to breed complacency.

My arsenal includes big data analysis, insightful anticipation into the future of technology, customer expectations and the competitive landscape to create meaningful products, delightful user experiences, and impactful business improvements.
