I am a ICF-PCC certified & self-employed coach who integrates Professional & Human Systems coaching with Agile Coaching to help leaders & teams of organizations discover better ways of working that bring forth & sustain THEIR desired business outcomes, not mine.
As a result, Agility and Change are sustainable for the long run.
I provide Professional, Organizational, and Agile Coaching services directly to global organizations, as well as individual professional coaching.
As a TBR-VE practitioner, my workshops (offered through coaching) are based on "cognitive neuroscience' that makes training 'stick' while making it enjoyable
I also partner with organizations as a C2C Partner for PART-TIME and full-time agile, scrum, team and executive contracting/consulting opportunities and/or 1:1 professional or life coaching as well as team coaching workshops.
