Past IBM leader of Agile and Innovation since 1998. Led Agile, Innovation and Emergent Technology Adoptions and Transformations for several companies. Trained, mentored, and coached Agile, Product, and Innovation to many people.
Currently Agile Leader at Eli Lilly working with leaders to implement Agile Strategy and Innovation ways of thinking. We are continuously reinventing Agile for today’s demands.
