As a Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner I am focused, driven and passionate. With 22 years of experience in ICT, Banking, Credit, Retail, Wholesale and Management I bring a wealth of experience based on a diverse employment history. I am a team player and comfortable in mentoring and growing the teams and individuals working with me. My attention to detail and ability to think ‘outside the box’, coupled with my business experience allows me to analyze complex business and system needs.

I am passionate about data management and the value good quality data adds across any organization.

My ICT experience includes business and systems analysis, data analysis and data management, data modelling, data architecture, data warehousing, modelling, development and database design. I have solid experience in large scale global to small scale local and internal ICT systems, business analysis and project management.

I have worked in small teams and led large multi-disciplinary teams, have a proven track record in systems and business analysis, developing and implementing management reporting, improving data quality, building data warehouses, managing operational and credit risk for large financial institutions and have solid analytical abilities. I have been instrumental in making impactful improvements to business processes, data quality and systems in several large banking and credit organizations locally and have made positive & measurable differences to the bottom line of every organization I have worked for.
