He is PMP certified, PMI-ACP certified, Cognizant Certified Agile Practitioner, Certfied Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master I certified, IBM Certified Solution Expert – Cognos BI.

He is Agile Coach based in Hyderabad, India, employed by Cognizant Technology Solutions with a goal of spreading the colors of the Agile by sharing and learning the agile experiences with the clients. He holds a Master of Science in Management at Texas A&M University, USA.

Naresh Agile journey started during his masters when he was working on research paper on topic "Secret Sauce of Successfull Teams". Reasearching in depth in Agile and its characteristics heavily influenced his ideology regarding the working style in organizations and also created an opinion on the traditional SDLC. Immediatly he started looking for opportunities to learn , implement Agile in real time. Scrum Alliance, PMI helped him to build his profile where as his chosen projects helped him to build his career. With the continous learning he opted the career of Coaching, Training Agile in his organization. One thing he like about Agile is, "There is no ending for learning in agile".He is also interested in philosophy and strongly believes in Responsibility leadership by Christopher Avery.
