RAKESH SANKARANARAYANAN Joined the IT industry as a fresher in the year 2006. Was working under Covansys India Pvt Ltd as a UI developer. Later in the year 2008 our company was acquired by CSC India Pvt and I was continuing my role as a UI developer for our client PayPal. Had been moved up the ladder as a domain lead and sent to Onsite (San Jose, USA) for onsite co-ordination activities. Was involved in credit and debit payment system projects for client. Later after my onsite visit worked for Marketing and Mobile platform as a UI Lead. In the year 2010 client PayPal moved to Agile methodology and Scrum was started to be practised. I got an opportunity to be a secondary Scrum Master in my project team and continued working on UI deliverable too. Then I also did my CSM certification and cleared the same. Later in the year 2013 i moved as an Agile Coach and trained many people and got around 25 people certified in Scrum through my teaching. Started to work on complete products end to end in Agile with also Product ownership activities in parallel. Now I am currently working in Healthcare domain as a Business Analyst., hence also completed my CSPO and working day to day with Product Owners from UK.
