Salman Khan is an experience Agile Coach having over 10 years’ experience in delivering software with agility. Coming from development back ground he has helped several organizations varying from very large financial institution to mid-level companies to start ups in their endeavor to be more customer-centric . His experience with different organisations makes him well rounded and confident in overcoming typical challenges that arise during the agile and lean transformation. His passion for Agile speaks for itself. He is thorough with Agile and Lean concepts. 

Currently he is engaged with BMO Bank of Montreal Agile Center of Excellence and helping the organisation to mature on the path of agile journey.
Previously in his role as an Agile Coach he helped Scotiabank’s Transaction Delivery Services Department delliver software with agility. He has transformed the whole department to deliver solutions with agility (using Scrum and Kan-ban). He successfully helped the middle management to become mentors/enablers for the team. He is coaching several teams and ScrumMasters; to deliver software with business value sooner, proper enactment of Scrum and Kan-ban framework, make best use of technical practices.
He was part and active player of Community of Practice/CoE at JP Morgan and Chase Co, where he helped the bank tremendously in agile and lean transformation agenda. Have successfully transformed several teams to adopt Agile and Lean values and principles, guided the skillful use of core concepts and technical practices
