Phil Cain

Phil is a seasoned Coach, Trainer, Consultant and Team Development Professional specialising in systemic cultural change and large-scale adoption of Lean and Agile Values and Principles. A software developer in the '90s, Phil was introduced to Agile and invited into a Scrum team in 2005. He has since worked with clients in multiple industries, including Banking, Financial Services, Central Government, Retail, Media, Insurance, Fashion, Automotive, Oil and Gas and Defence, helping them change to become more adaptive, responsive, creative and collaborative. Phil's passion is working with teams and helping them become increasingly capable units. He believes that to survive and thrive, modern organisations need to leverage the collective innovation, creativity and intellect of teams. His approach is to coach the structural and behavioural elements of teams and their relationships with their stakeholders, ensuring they have the environment and support they need to become increasingly effective.
