About
Vamshi Krishna Vallabhaneni, a post graduate in IT and having a work experience close to 14 years, I come from a software testing background primarily on Product testing, I was introduced to concept of Scrums, recommended and encouraged to work in the area by one of my previous organisation's director. Process driven approach of quality was imbibed as a habit which forecast results to a much farther time frame, concepts of scrum where a blessing to turn around deliverable's radically. I have been practicing scrum for 6 years now, ability to deliver quantitative results in smaller intervals was more evident after switching to Scrum practices. Transformation from communicating with cross functional teams to get work done versus bringing a cross functional team together to get the work done in much better ways was the best.
