Jason Lee is a Certified Scrum Professional and SAFe Program Consultant. He provides leadership and coaching for organizations, programs, and teams implementing Agile practices in government environments.
Currently working directly as a Northrop Grumman employee in the NGIS/C2 Division to strengthen our agile capabilities.
Member of the Scrum Alliance and many local Agile/Scrum meet-ups, speaks often on Agile development, and recently began coaching NG teams transitioning to Agile.
Leveraging Scaled Agile principles and practices, worked with contractor team and government representatives to complete the first SAFe Release Planning meeting within NGCIS and NMEC.
Jason is responsible for driving implementation of overall philosophy, strategy, tools and processes for wide spread adoption of the Agile methodology and principles. Jason acts as a change agent in the establishment of agile processes, artifacts and policies.
As an Agile Practioner, Jason brings his wide depth and breadth of knowledge in Agile practices to the Agile teams he coaches. He educates teams on how each Agile practice fits together, and strategically plans how to implement them into an organization at the program and team levels.
Jason uses a mix of white board training, coaching, and mentoring to teach teams, through servant leadership, that the team is accountable and responsible for the process and resulting work products.
