• Coach and train teams at different levels of Scaled Agile enterprise. Coached various teams and management stakeholders during their transition from traditional project delivery methodology to different Agile frameworks and processes to focus on value-based delivery approach. Provided Scaled Agile Program consulting for new Release trains and team launches during their transformation journey.
  Key Accomplishments:
  • Create Agile Practice framework and defined organization standards
  • Coach and help numerous teams with implementation of Scaled Agile and team-level Agile practices in their transition to Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrumban)
  • Train thousands of enterprise employees during multiple training sessions such as Agile Leadership training, Agile 101, Agile 1-day boot camps, Product Owner and Agile tool trainings
  • Help matured Agile teams further enhance their agility by constantly implementing ‘Shift-Left’ techniques and help identify DevOps best practices to reduce Time to Market
  • Define key organization metrics and maturity assessment tools
  • Implement Scaled Agile by scaling programs within value streams and Agile Release Trains
  • Enable formation of high performing, long-term standing (Mode 2 teams) to continuously deliver value within the Value Stream
  • Create training material for Agile Product Owners, 1-Day Boot camps, Agile 101, Agile Tool workshops 
  • Create/manage Agile operating guide, Agile tool Guide and other reference materials for enterprise
  • Conduct road-shows to spread Agile awareness within the enterprise
  • Conduct story mapping workshops to help teams better understand business context and help business identify Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
  • Supported enterprise as an SME of the Agile tool (Rally) used to organize work for teams at all levels
  • Helped transition organization from Phase-gate approach to more Agile ways of funding and delivery
  • Guest speaker at 2016 BA summit and presented 'Agile for Business Analysts' for one of the clients
