Description : Guiding all projects using Scrum framework. Two projects detailed below were directly managed by me.
In 2010 Huntington National Bank set an ambitious goal to redevelop its commercial risk assessment program by end of year 2011. Several risk grading models will be developed as part of the HNB/ICC Risk Rating PD Application project in order to accommodate the unique risk profiles of HNB’s specialty business lines. Models are based on both objective quantitative data as well as expert judgment in both subjective qualitative questions and early warning indicators. This project involves developing 9 models for risk rating, relationship model, and admin model. This project followed Agile methodology.
To deploy a new version of SYNtrac Integration Tools to their customers, the Nuclear Pharmacy Division of Cardinal Health built a deployment process to reduce or eliminate the need for onsite installation and per user installation of the SYNtrac Integration Tools application. The intent was to leverage the ClickOnce software by Microsoft to seamlessly deploy SYNtrac Integration Tools to their customers. This project involved making changes to existing application for checking and installing application and database updates, making changes to the installation package, and developing the deployment tracking services. This project followed Agile methodology.

It gets the updated logical inventory data from several upstream systems, transforms the data, and stores it in a warehouse for consumption by several downstream applications. It exposes data through direct DB Links, Batch Feeds and online SOAP calls. This program followed the Agile methodology.
