Coaching:  My clients came to me with a puzzle and confusion like they are in the maze. I certainly do not have a magic wand to change their fate. I just established a safe and trust environment for my clients to grow into their potential and to reach their desired outcome of their lives.

Consulting: As an Agile enterprise coach, I usually transform the entire organization to adopt Agile. I share my strategies for organizational changes. I am devoted myself to get down the journey with groups to renew their right missions and establish healthy relationships with the new organization structure.

Training: Leadership is not born, but trained. Many leaders have a desire to be a kind and respectful leader. However, the reality is that they do not know how to empower people from powerless to powerful and how to keep the balance of support and challenge. My goal is to help leaders to create The winning team. My passion is to help leaders establish dynamic leadership at Home, at Work, and in our communities.
