This CSM course and its instructor, Giora, were fantastic! He took the time to explain and visualize what lesson he was teaching, making the class and topics easy to follow and comprehend. He didn't assume everyone had the same level of knowledge - he took the time to explain what things meant and why. Giora's engaging and enthusiastic approach to the training made this a valuable online course. There were in depth discussions that went well beyond what is found in the guide and other materials.

This was one of the most engaging and informative courses I've had. Giora has great feel for pacing and interactivity, keeping business professionals focused. Having been in Agile environments that have employed various aspects of Scrum before, this course provided a much better, cohesive understanding of the principles of Scrum. Giora is especially strong at using analogies to reach beyond the academic definitions, and I can see using these whenever I need to coach others in the future.

I found Giora to be a highly effective teacher with very good communication skills. He demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when he gracefully handled a situation where I was interrupted during a discussion. Instead of letting me get talked over, Giora politely but firmly redirected the conversation, making sure I had the opportunity to express my thoughts fully before turning the floor over to the other participant. This really stood out to me. The course was also well-designed, featuring practical examples and valuable breakout room exercises. While the corporate seriousness of the group was a bit amusing, it didn't detract from what was an enjoyable and highly recommendable experience.

The training went really fast and was very visual . I pass the exam on the first trial.
