What is a scrum master?

The scrum master on a scrum team fosters an effective and productive working environment. One way they do so is by guiding others to understand scrum values and practices. Some of the common characteristics of a scrum master are:

A scrum master's day may include facilitating conversations, managing impediments to the team's progress, and coaching individual team members in the use of scrum; however, this accountability is certainly not limited to those activities!

A scrum master's day-to-day activities and overall objectives will look different from organization to organization. When you work in this accountability, your duties and focus are derived from the goal of improving team and organizational agility.

What to expect in a CSM course

The CSM is one of the most demanded certifications by employers and recruiters. The certification course is taught by Khurram Bhatti, Certified Scrum Trainers®, a highly vetted and intensely evaluated agile trainer globally. Each course covers core topics as described in the learning objectives, and Khurram includes unique examples, exercises, and materials to bring the subject matter to life.

You'll have access to the required scrum master test after you've completed the course. This test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions; you must correctly answer 37 of the 50 questions to pass the test and receive your certification. The cost of your course includes two test attempts.

CSM training gives you hands-on skills to apply and leverage to expand your career opportunities immediately. Once you complete the course, you will have everything you need to take and pass the CSM exam.

He has no knowledge and especially we request him multiple time to share the soluction of exercises but he couldn't.

The sessions were highly interactive and engaging, and I would like to highly appreciate his skills, especially the way he explained complex concepts. One of the highlights was the chart he created in real-time during the session. His visual explanations made it much easier to understand the Scrum framework. There were many areas, such as terminologies and events, where our prior understanding did not align perfectly with the Scrum Guide — Khurram Bhatti patiently corrected those misunderstandings and ensured we left with the right concepts. Overall, the session was extremely helpful, informative, and practical. His ability to simplify Scrum principles for us was impressive and very valuable.

Khurram was highly knowledgeable and engaging, creating an interactive learning environment that encouraged collaboration and open discussion. The real-world examples and case studies shared during the course were particularly valuable, as he helped bridge the gap between theory and practical application. The course structure was well-organized, balancing foundational concepts with advanced topics, and the hands-on exercises allowed me to immediately apply what I learned. I also appreciated the emphasis on the Scrum Master's role as a servant leader and facilitator, which has already influenced my approach to team dynamics and project management.

The course contents are taught in a manner, the me and course mats enjoyed and we spent 16 hours in 2 session without any fatigue and trainer engaged us through out the sessions
