I recently cleared my CSM certification with a score of 49/50, and I owe a big thanks to Naveen for his outstanding training. Initially, I was nervous after scoring only 40/50 and 30/45 in the mock tests, which were far more challenging than the actual exam. The mock tests required a deeper understanding of Scrum and really sharpened my thinking. Naveen's sessions were well-structured, interactive, and clearly explained not just the theory but also the real-world usage of Scrum. It made me realise how Scrum is truly meant to be applied - a big shift from how it was being practiced in our organisation. I’m now planning to take CSPO training with Naveen as well.
