I recently cleared my CSM certification with a score of 49/50, and I owe a big thanks to Naveen for his outstanding training. Initially, I was nervous after scoring only 40/50 and 30/45 in the mock tests, which were far more challenging than the actual exam. The mock tests required a deeper understanding of Scrum and really sharpened my thinking. Naveen's sessions were well-structured, interactive, and clearly explained not just the theory but also the real-world usage of Scrum. It made me realise how Scrum is truly meant to be applied - a big shift from how it was being practiced in our organisation. I’m now planning to take CSPO training with Naveen as well. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for CSM or planning to pursue CSPO!
