Throughout our Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course we emphasise on participants gaining a deep understanding of the principles behind shaping team identity and fostering high efficiency.

Being a ScrumMaster entails more than just orchestrating a couple of meetings. Our Certified ScrumMaster training is dedicated to equipping you with the comprehensive skills required to excel as an exceptional Scrum Master.

Some individuals debate the necessity of a Scrum Master's role, often stemming from a limited perspective confined to administrative tasks like managing Outlook and Jira. Such responsibilities can be undertaken by anyone.

We put a lot of effort into making sure the teaching is being related to the your application of agile principles in their own organisation.

We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all.

Meet your instructor

Bent Myllerup is a management consultant, organisational change agent and agile transformation coach with 20 years of personal experience in management and leadership.

He holds a Master in Management Development (MMD) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Science of Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.E.E) from Aarhus Engineering College.

Bent also has so many certifications and accreditations we would have to make a separate website to mention all of them.

At the commencement of the training, we gauge the collective knowledge and experiences of the participants, as well as their learning objectives. This forms the foundation for customising the content and structure of the training.

Our approach draws from the principles of 'Training from the Back of the Room' (TBR), enhanced by graphical facilitation. Central to the training is a dynamic Scrum simulation that orchestrates the integration of all acquired knowledge.

To facilitate your engagement, a comprehensive workbook will be furnished at the outset of the training. Following the training, you will receive photographs of the flip charts, accompanied by supplementary materials.

The certification test will be individually administered subsequent to the training.

Who should attend

This training transcends domains, catering to professionals in software and physical product development alike. Whether you are a team member or practicing Scrum Master, a seasoned practitioner or a novice embarking on your agile journey, our Certified ScrumMaster course equips you to work smarter and cultivate enduring intelligence.

Commitment

Training hours are 9:00 to 17:00 CET each day, and this training requires your full attention, as it heavily relies on group work, interaction, and active participation. Therefore, we anticipate that you have cleared your schedule for the entire duration of the training and that you restrict your emailing, calling, and texting activities to the designated breaks.

We anticipate that you will have completed the necessary preparations before the commencement of the training. These preparations typically entail approximately an hour of dedicated time, and the specific details will be outlined in the confirmation email upon your registration.

Very engaging and interactive way of coaching scrum values and processes

Well prepade, efficient and related disscussions, recommended for engineers and managers.

Very engaging and professional teaching. Lot's of examples from real worklife-experience and practical assignments and taks, that let us to participate actively throughout the lenght of the course, without ever becoming uninterested or bored. A little too much time spent on diving into very specific technical and personal questions asked by people with lot of working experience within scrum. This meant that I checked a bit out in these situations, since I had no prerequisites for knowing what was being discussed, since the subjects had not yet been addresed or taught. I know it is challenging teaching a group of people with very different backgrounds and prerequisites coming in to the course. A few technical descriptions and understandings of concepts were therefore a little lost in the mix for me. Also at times the teacher was talking a bit too fast, which made it more difficult to follow. The values, concepts and events of Scrum were being used in the teaching throughout the course, which was great! I wish we had a day more to dive even further into the practical work of being a Scrummaster. I would highly recommend taking this course!

Highly engaging course, with no dull Powerpoint presentations. Bent did a really great job for making people participate in discussing the topic(s), and also making it understandable for both people with no and some experience in SCRUM.Highly recommendable!
