Teaching Style

This two-day learning experience will build on your foundational knowledge of Scrum and focus on how to implement Scrum and Agile techniques in your organization. The class is presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of lecture, classroom discussion, exercises, simulations, and video interwoven throughout the class.

Location Details

This is an online (virtual) class. Both days of training will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 5:00 p.m. EST, with breaks throughout the day. After registering, students will be given the proper Zoom weblink with which to join the meeting. We recommend that students download the Zoom web-based application prior to joining class.

Good to have a basic overview of the role of a product owner

Good information

This was a very good course and covered everything I wanted to know about being a PO.

The workshop provided practical insights into Agile product management, backlog refinement, stakeholder collaboration, and value-driven development.
