Lonnie was very informative and ran a wonderful two day class. The class ran very smoothly and had wonderful exercises and many opportunities to put into play what we were learning.

The course is not lecture heavy and promotes many opportunities to practice what you learn real time. Instructor was great and I look forward to taking more of her courses.

This course is an absolute must for anyone who leads or supports projects and facilitates meetings to move projects forward.
