Paul was really an amazing trainer. I didn't have any prior knowledge of CSM but they way he trained and made interactions engaging was really helpful.

Paul is very good instructor and interactive sessions helped in missing links.

1. I already have the Google Certificate in Agile/Scrum Project Management through Coursera (via financial aid). So, I’m not sure how a complete newbie to the subject would have found this course — they might have felt a bit lost. 2. Before using the Miro board, a proper slide deck presentation covering the theory, values, and principles of Scrum might be more effective. IT projects are not child's play like the simulation session — real-world case studies and actual artifacts should be used to reinforce the practical aspects, rather than spending time on simulation. 3. At times during the training, I had the impression that the group dynamics were being shaped to resemble a Scrum session, possibly as part of an informal simulation or observation. I’m not sure if that was intentional but for me it is a strict no for these kind of professional training sessions.

Paul has delivered an amazing course, it didnt feel like an online course, it was very interactive and fun. I gained knowledge and insight on Scrum Methodology that will be invaluable to my career path. Very Highly Recommended,
