AI for Scrum Masters

Great course to introduce deeper use of AI with intelligent prompts, applied to Scrum Master tasks and challenges.

The course was very informative. I enjoyed the collaborative format. This is the second course I have taken with Eric and enjoyed it very much.

I like the micro certification model. It is a valuable set of skills taught in a short time. More than a class but not a whole certification.

Good instructor

The class overall was good. I appreciated the use cases that we had to leverage. I felt consistently rushed in our break outs and I found that typically one person took over the session. I would have preferred that perhaps we each practiced on our own and then compared our experiences.

The value is really in prompting AI users to think about how they use the tools and what they are asking for. The course isn't really teaching you to AI, but more of crowd sourcing how we are all using it and how we could tweak our usage to better enhance our results. I think you get great results this way, but it will depend on the groups you get sorted out into.

The class was engaging and relevant. Easy items to take-away and apply today.

Great intro class to AI, practical skills to move forward with as well as new tools.

I really like the reference Word document. Most the content in the actual training confirmed what I had already been trying. I am hoping to get more guidance on prompt writing and chaining when I am working on my own real life scenarios.
