The course was well organised and run. John is a charismatic, experienced and fun trainer. He really knows his stuff and helped everyone build their understanding of the subject. There are good breaks so that you are fresh for each topic and his exercises demonstrate, why, how. His material is clear and compelling. He checks everyones understanding throughout the training to make sure that we "get it" before moving on. At the end of the course, participants understand where Scrum is useful and have had a chance to practice everything.
