It was fun two days workshop. The trainer was very enthusiastic and the training delivered every knowledge that a junior PO needs to know. It could be better if we could control the time to ask the irrelevant questions. Otherwise, it was great!

I really enjoyed the training with Sebastian. It was especially valuable to be on-site, as it allowed for direct interaction and hands-on exercises, which made the experience much more engaging and effective. The new training facilities were also a big plus – modern, welcoming, and perfectly suited to the session. Content-wise, the training was well-structured, starting with a clear overview of the theoretical foundations, followed by a practical part where we could immediately apply what we had learned. All in all, a very well-executed and worthwhile training!

I had the pleasure of attending the CSPO seminar led by Sebastian, and I can highly recommend his coaching. He does an excellent job of explaining theoretical concepts while always putting them into a practical, real-world perspective. The course is well-structured and highly organized, yet still interactive and engaging. There is ample room for questions and discussions, which adds great value to the learning experience. By the end of the seminar, I felt I had a solid understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Product Owner and felt equipped to apply the methodology in my day-to-day work.

Sebastian was a fantastic trainer and I learnt a lot during the course. The atmosphere was great, the documents were very good and clear, and my own problems in the application of Scrum were addressed pragmatically and solutions were shown. Always happy to come back!
