Milan used real world examples that we can easily integrate into our work. The course was very collaborative and engaging, and it was helpful to work together in teams. I truly enjoyed the class and wanted to thank our instructor for doing such a great job. He explained the material clearly and made the sessions interactive by breaking us into groups, which really helped reinforce the content. Even though there was a lot of information to cover, he presented it in a way that was easy to follow and understand. He is very knowledgeable and it shows in the way he communicates complex ideas with clarity and confidence. I appreciated his teaching style and learned a lot from the course.
