• Creation and management of Product Backlog Strategy and roadmap (user story mapping, go product roadmap), working with MPVs, Lean Startup, strategies to maximize the return of investment (ROI), and release planning
• Writing and splitting user stories, writing acceptance criteria
• Prioritization techniques

Scrum Alliance Certification

After successfully completing this course, you will obtain the Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, plus a two-year paid membership. More information on Scrum Alliance:

Two days for in-person training, both days with the same timetable:
