Takeshi Arai

My name is Takeshi Arai, I am working as a development director in software engineering field.

 At the first company in 1990s, I worked several projects as a programmer in Visual Basic, Visual C++, SQL Server, Oracle Database. Also, I built some network system using Windows Servers and UNIX.

 3 years later, I changed job to 2nd company, I was a product owner for some Java Componets in 3 years. At the time, I spoke some public event as a evangelist at some business show.

 After that, I joined current company.

Firstly, I worked some projects as a software engineer in 6 years. I was a chief programmer for earthquake notice system in C# Microsoft .NET Framework. It is using IPv6 Network and Multicast protocol. Currently, the application is using in public.

 Next, I was a chief programmer for route search system, called enterprise engine in our company. It was coding in C and Ruby on multi platform like Linux and Windows. The system was using TDD, CI, Deployment pipeline.

 Next, I am managing current depertment since 2012. My depertment has 4 teams, about 30 members. I am managing and encouraging those member as a leader and servant leader using agile manifesto, scrum philosophy, scrum principles, and kaizen mind.

 In the department, I work  as a scrum master at new route engine system project, advertisement system project, big data ELT system project.

 And also, currently I am working Kanban Facilitator as the development director. I am working Organizational Kaizen Facilitator in our company, too.
