• Managing a multi-stream program to enable compliance with changes to the Privacy Act. The program involved substantial changes to policies, process and procedures across the organisation, systems changes along with the necessary cultural change management.
• The Comprehensive Credit Reporting changes involve fundamental change to the way Credit Risk Management is applied and involves changes from the dealer network to backend operational processing. System changes include additional monthly data submission to Veda, Complaints Management system upgrade and amendments to a number of other systems.
• The role involved considerable ongoing participation in key Australian Retail Credit Association Working Groups managing the Implementation of Comprehensive Reporting, Credit Code consultation and development, Communications and Complaints Management.
