Scotty Bevill

Scotty Bevill takes the time with individuals, professional, small and large corporations coaching executives and teams in agile adoption.  His focus is with the business process management, customer relationship management, and project and portfolio management.  While his business is mentoring his own coaches, this process builds a brand awareness of integrity and credibility.  Scotty believes all too often the business forgets it's core mission and turns it's focus on "doing projects better."  Through the Scrum Framework and Agile methods, the business simply does projects better while focused on allowing the product to lead in the market.  Keeping focus on the core business minimizes waste.  "Agile provides a scalable behavior model that can last with the business and evolve with the product."
