Roberto Machado
Working in IT since 1993, I've worked with most of the IT and Telecommunications areas, including Software Development, Business Intelligence and Marketing Database, Infrastrucure, Trainning and so on. Since 2000 managing projects with a lot of different methodologies and frameworks, including RUP, MSF, Crystal, CMMI-3, ITIL and in the last 5 years with Scrum. Business knoledge in several industries: Government, Industry, Law, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Education, etc.
