Biography

I am an experienced professional with a passion for transitioning traditional organizations to agile and lean methods. I have solid experience in managing projects, programs, processes, and engineering functions. I have used agile and lean as well as traditional methods for developing products, solutions, and services. I worked both with co-located and geographically separate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in organizational settings ranging from early-stage start-ups to highly regulated industries.

I coach and consult with organization in agile transitioning and data science that further complements my diverse experience. I also part-time teach agile methods and data science. My experience and exposure place me uniquely for training, coaching, and helping organizations in using a suitable combination of SCRUM, Kanban, and traditional methods for effective and efficient high-technology product development and operations.

I found my hands-on expertise in product development and of working with customers to be invaluable in leading projects and programs, and in change management. Domains that I worked in include information management, data integration, software and systems development, and predictive analytics.
