Biography
Paolo Cruz - Graphic Designer graduated in 2004, started working with digital interfaces in 2005. Since this period, my connection with software development lead my career to another layer of ways of working and communication with peers. In 2008, since got hired by INDT (At that time, named Nokia Technology Institute), the contact with Agile Ways of Development, as much as for build and deliver software, a passionate way to work in groups using Scrum Framework took me away from Design activities. In this same year, 2008, I got certified as CSM, the begining of my actual career and activities. Today I have 6 years of experience working with agile teams, delivering the most different product. Also aplying Agile Models and adapting Scrum Framework for the most different cases, not only for Software Development ones, An Agile Model for ISO Audits was created and presented at Agile Prague 2014.

Preparation based on Scrum Master certification was the main action to make it happen. CSPO came after 2 yeasr of experience as Scrum Master in order to develop new capabilities and knowledge.
