I'm currently working as Software Engineer at Atlassian.
After graduated from HUFLIT University in 2007, I joined TMA Solutions as my first company. During my career with TMA, I have been playing different roles from developer doing the feature development & the bugs fixing to the team leader & acting as project manager before I left TMA Solutions.
I have gained a lot of experiences working in different cultures while working with customers in US, Canada, India, Belgium, etc... The time working in TMA Solutions helps me gain a lot of experiences in technical, communication, management and software development processes (waterfall, agile).
I left TMA Solutions and joined IMT Solutions in 2010. I was trained and worked there as scrum master. During my career with IMT, I have gained experiences working in Agile Development, and how to be a good scrum master.
I joined & finished the Scrum Master training of Scrum Alliance and got Certificated Scrum Master in Oct-2011.
I joined Robert BOSCH Vietnam in 2012 and I’m working as a scrum master. I’m also working with QMS and align Scrum with CMMi level 3.
I joined Atlassian from 2014 in Vietnam.
I moved to Sydney and I've been working for Atlassian in Sydney since Feb 2016.
