Nicholas Lardas

I work in the IT product and project management field with an interest in leveraging new technology to facilitate communication and collaboration. As a certified Scrum Master, I manage split shore teams of security specialists, designers, developers, and QA engineers to deliver projects on time and on budget. My involvement spans the entire project life cycle from pre-proposal requirements to post-delivery DevSecOps. In addition, since assuming a senior product delivery manager role, I identify and replicate best practices across teams, and mentor junior team members.

When not working I never stop learning. I spend my free time studying foreign languages, programming languages and frameworks, cyber security tools and standards, 3D design and printing, and crafting in different mediums. It is my personal belief that we live in an age with unprecedented access to the wealth of human knowledge, and we have a responsibility to learn from (and benefit from) this information.
