• Coach to business teams and portfolio managers guiding them to establish routines around feature grooming, prioritization and sizing. Hands on with program and team members to flow value.
• Facilitation of operating model design changes from changes with the organization. Adapting to changes to find the new normal for teams and reduce disruptions.
• Providing regular training on process guardrails. Coaching on roles and responsibilities to lower the internal conflicts. Standing up new teams to the organization with agile basics and helping established teams mature to higher forms of agility.
• Lead retrospectives (continuous improvement) at the team and release level with strong follow up on action items. Lead demos and sprint planning sessions for sprint teams to keep stakeholders informed.
• Rally subscription administration for the entire enterprise. Liaison with the vendor on contract negotiation, regular training, issue resolution/escalation and extensions to integrate with internal tools.
• Metrics Framework implementation as key information radiators. Enabled better process control and planning.
