Michaela Mellinger is working as an interim manager in different positions for finance departments in Germany since 2008 .

In the time before she has built up the data and reporting structure for the German listed restructuring companies Arques AG and Aurelius AG. She has worked in different positions as a commercial manager for a machine builder and different startup companies. She was responsible for the implementation of ERP systems (SAP BO and MS Dynamics) for these companies. Also she has built up the concept and she has had the project lead for performance management tools (IBM Cognos). In projects for leading German companies in the area of telecommunication she learned a lot about process management and SAP (MM, CO, FI). She is safe in IFRS and BilMoG (German GAAP).

In the last years the challenge for professional change management and agile methods can be found within a lot of projects similar to development teams. The method of SCRUM is a very good practice to handle this.
